After your order is placed, we kindly request 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday) for processing. Following this, you can expect a delivery timeframe of 7-10 business days (Monday to Friday) for worldwide shipping. For customers in the USA, Canada, Spain, Germany, Italy, Australia, and the United Kingdom, please note that we may ship directly from a warehouse located in your country, depending on stock availability.

Shipping Cost: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders.

Customs and Taxes

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means that duties and taxes may be applicable upon receiving your order.

Customs fees, import taxes, and related charges may be imposed once your order reaches its final destination and are determined by your local customs office. Cancellations

• Before Shipment: You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Please note that a 5% cancellation fee will be applied. A valid reason for cancellation is required, and you can provide this information by contacting our support team at info@euroactiveretrofits.com. Once your item has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Custom Steering Wheels: Custom steering wheel orders cannot be canceled once the manufacturing process has begun. We take pride in creating unique, personalized products for our customers, and these items are tailored specifically to your preferences.

Returns

• Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
  • The goods must be in their original packaging, undamaged, and in like-new condition.
  • A valid reason for the return must be provided.
• Return Process: If you wish to initiate a return for eligible products, please contact our support team at info@euroactiveretrofits.com to begin the return process. Please note that the cost of the return shipping will be covered by the customer.
• Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items. This fee helps us cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned products.
• Custom (Personalized) Products: Please note that custom (personalized) products, including custom steering wheels, are not eligible for returns. These items are crafted to your unique specifications and cannot be resold.
